1. DMOZ.orgThere is a website called dmoz.org that has been around for years by now. Most people have never really harnessed it's potential power. The website is the largest human-edited directory, with over 4.8 million websites listed, and 590,000 categories, or, as I call them, NICHES. You have access to 590,000 niches right on the site, and some of those are probably worth $10,000's!! The link to the site is above.

SEMRUSH.comIf you want to see exactly what keywords your competitor is optimized for, then this is the site to check out. This tool (basic is free, advanced is paid) can give you highly targeted keywords that you can use as ammunition for your future campaigns! The link to the site is above.
3. MSN.comWhat?? MSN.COM is a great niche hunting tool? YES!! It is! When you visit the home page on msn.com, you will find categories. THOSE ARE ALL NICHES. Also, if you want a current hot topic, you can visit the 'todays picks' section of the website. Just spend 15 minutes looking around the site, and soon you will have more niches than you can handle!!

http://adwords.google.com/trends/hottrendsGoogle has listed all of their 100 top searches here... they are updated about once every 5 hours or so. You could spend a whole day finding niches and building 10's of websites and campaigns! GREAT TOOL. MY FAVORITE ONE.
5. SNAP.comWhat the hell is SNAP.com? Well, if you need keyword ideas, here is the place to be. If you type in 'how to' into the search engine, tons of sugesstions that people are currently searching for will pop up... ex- when I typed in how to, these came up:
how to unlock a cell phone
how to tie die
how to make a bean bag toss game
how to sign up for gmail
JUST PICK ONE OF THESE, FIND A PRODUCT, AND YOU'LL BE ON YOUR WAY!!!

SHOPPING.com/top_searchesThis is basically the same as the google tool, but this one is all about the top items people are shopping for. Trust me, there are TONS of affiliate programs on shopping, I think shopping.com even has one! AMAZON deffenitely does!!
7. https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternalDON'T BUY A PAID KEYWORD TOOL!! IT DOESN'T WORK!! They usually pull information from outdated search engines like looksmart. WHO you ask??? EXACTLY!!
CHECK THEM ALL OUT. THEY ARE GREAT.Just find a hot niche, find a product to promote with it (
google search: affiliate program + [your niche])
Then, create a landing page and set up a google
adwords campaign or write an article for ezine!! It's SIMPLE!!
